House negotiators working on a proposal to overhaul immigration continue to debate a guest worker program and health care for immigrants that are given legal status. The bipartisan group is expected meet tonight for what could be the last attempt to reach a compromise. "We’ve got bipartisan agreement on 95 percent of the bill. I don’t know why we can’t get the rest of it," said Rep. John Carter, R-Texas.
