Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius acted appropriately when she asked executives of health care companies for financial contributions and other assistance in implementing the Affordable Care Act, a department spokesman said. The secretary didn't seek help from insurers or others regulated by HHS, the spokesman said. Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, called for more information about Sebelius' actions.
