Chinese firms have the lead in Africa, but opportunities still remain for non-Chinese multinationals, Philip Boulton writes. "[F]uture success in Africa will not depend on nationality. It, however, will depend, at least in part, on a firm's ability to bring quality, ethics, community empowerment, employment and job creation to the negotiating table," Boulton writes.
