Microsoft is looking to debut its Azure hybrid-cloud platform in China, Australia and Japan, which would make it the first multinational to bring a public-cloud to China, Ted Samson writes. "Together with our global network and existing locations in Singapore and Hong Kong, these new locations will help us satisfy the enormous cloud computing needs of the Asia region and the world," Microsoft's Satya Nadella wrote in a blog post.
