Twitter sold 70 million shares at $26 each, higher than its range of $23 to $25, to raise at least $1.8 billion for the microblogging company. The total could hit $2.1 billion if underwriters exercise their overallotment option.
Share prices of Nomura Real Estate Master Fund's initial public offering dropped on the first day of trading. The REIT sold 1.75 million shares, raising $1.8 billion. Its holdings consist of commercial properties mainly in Tokyo.
Singapore Press Holdings expects it will raise $429 million from an initial public offering scheduled for early July. The Paragon retail center and the Clementi retail center will be included in the trust.
