Twitter sold 70 million shares at $26 each, higher than its range of $23 to $25, to raise at least $1.8 billion for the microblogging company. The total could hit $2.1 billion if underwriters exercise their overallotment option.
Singapore Press Holdings expects it will raise $429 million from an initial public offering scheduled for early July. The Paragon retail center and the Clementi retail center will be included in the trust.
American Tower sold $1.8 billion of asset-backed securities on Wednesday, refinancing a $1.75 billion transaction from 2007. The offering, the largest ABS outside of the auto-loan sector in four years, is backed by 16,765 leases on 5,195 wireless communication sites.
