Analysts predict fewer strikes from unmanned aerial vehicles as a result of the Obama administration's new policy on UAVs. "The sense of the emergency that surrounded the global war on terror is gradually dissipating, so the way in which weapons like drones are used will be subject to more normal standards," said Loren Thompson, a defense analyst at the Lexington Institute.
