More than 4 in 10 online shoppers would eschew second visits to e-commerce sites that are not mobile friendly, according to a survey from Kentico Software. More than three-quarters of smartphone users also reported the look and feel of a mobile website affected their decision to purchase. "The big news from a mobile perspective is people want to interact with companies via their mobile devices, but many won't do so unless those companies provide a mobile-friendly experience," Kentico chief evangelist Thomas Robbins said.
