U.S. ethanol producers churned out 857,000 barrels per day of the biofuel last week, up 0.5% from the week before and the most since June, according to the Energy Information Administration. Supplies of the biofuel fell to 17 million barrels, down 3.2% from the week before and the lowest since the week ended Nov. 4, 2011, the EIA said. The U.S. imported no ethanol last week, compared with 39,000 barrels per day the week before, the EIA said.
