U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano says the increasing frequency of cyberattacks on U.S. banks "really increased our relationship with financial institutions." At a recent cybersecurity forum, Napolitano and other U.S. officials expressed concern that the industry is overwhelmed with the attacks and that cybercriminals are learning about financial institutions by watching their responses.
