At BaubleBar, interactive displays project relevant content when a customer examines a piece of jewelry. Nearby, online eyeglasses company Warby Parker has opened a store replete with an Internet-connected photobooth that allows customers to share what they're trying on. "These are the retail stores of the future: hyper-efficient, digitally enhanced showrooms that serve as physical storefronts for online retail operations," Indvik writes.
