Although CBS, Fox and The CW reportedly finished their upfront sales more than a week ago, ABC and NBC have been in talks for more than three weeks without finalizing all their deals. Univision, with 75% of its upfront space claimed, could close its upfront before the other two English-language networks. ABC and NBC, however, are garnering CPM rate increases of 5% to 7% in prime time, according to a buyer.
