Travel agents can help ease clients' worries about cruise safety by providing information on cruise lines' safety procedures as well as going over the newly adopted bill of rights for cruise passengers, experts say. "It's a win-win for the client and the agent because it's something we can use to show them that their concerns are being addressed. Agents are the advocate for the consumer, so anything that benefits the consumer is a plus," said Ralph Santisteban, a CruiseOne franchisee in Miami.
