Taking tricylic antidepressants was associated with a more than threefold higher risk of erectile dysfunction, according to a survey of more than 2,300 men in the U.S. Men who used benzodiazepines had a more than twofold greater risk of impotence, researchers found. The study, published in BJU International, failed to find a similar link in men taking blood pressure drugs.
