ThinkThin "weight wellness" bars are getting a national launch in Target stores after racking up impressive sales though other channels such as Trader Joe's and Whole Foods stores. They were created by fashion model turned food company CEO Lizanne Falsetto, who is undaunted by better-funded rivals: "They can buy the space, they can buy the advertisement. But do they have the guts of the product? That's what I question," she says in this interview.
