Classically trained chef Nick Graff has been hard at work in the test kitchen since taking over as the executive chef at Denver-based Quiznos in January. The 1990 CIA graduate has turned his attention to creating higher-end limited-time offerings including pulled-pork sandwiches, jalapeno coleslaw, and salads made with blue cheese and Black Angus steak.
