Carlson's Country Inns & Suites brand is offering an incentive for hotel investors and developers through reduced marketing, royalty and reservation fees on new-build or newly converted properties. The incentive applies to new hotels built according to the brand's Generation 4 design specifications and having 80 or more rooms. "We are evolving to a more modern aesthetic. We need to meet the needs and appeal to the tastes of a younger generation and we are excited to offer these incentives as we look to grow the brand," said Nancy Johnson, executive vice president for development at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group in the Americas.
