Seventy-two percent of agency creative executives have received a raise this year, per 24 Seven, compared with 69% in 2012. Despite the raise numbers, nearly half of the execs said they want a new job, 70% said they would consider a new opportunity and half of traditional creatives said they do not feel their positions are in high demand. A "hyperfocus on digital," however, has left 83% of digital executives feeling in high demand.
