Sen. Joe Donnelly, D-Ind., on Wednesday helped introduce legislation that would change the Affordable Care Act to apply only to employees who work at least 40 hours per week. "We've heard from folks in Indiana who have said, 'Look, I was working 35 hours, I'm now going to be working 29 hours,'" Donnelly said. Donnelly is the first Democrat who voted for the health care law to support legislation that would modify coverage requirements for employees working 30 hours a week.
