Enstrom Helicopter Corp., is positioning itself to nearly quadruple production when an $8 million expansion of its Menominee, Mich., manufacturing facility is completed around the end of the year. The company, which recently came under new ownership, says the expansion is due in large part to its recent success at selling training aircraft to foreign militaries. About 77,000 square feet of production space will be added, allowing the company to produce 100 helicopters per year.
