Physicists have released an updated strategy for European particle physics, which includes the possibility for global cooperation on megaprojects. The strategy is largely focused on the Large Hadron Collider at CERN in Switzerland, but also includes a willingness to collaborate with Japan on the establishment of an International Linear Collider, as well as a possible partnership with the U.S. to develop experimentation with neutrino oscillations.
