Evernote CEO Phil Libin wants to build a company that will last 100 years without losing its startup mentality. To do so, Libin demands a standard of excellence that includes not just the company's core software but also the socks the company uses as promotional items. "We had our people design really excellent socks because that was important; we wanted to have people stretch that culture of design," Libin explains.
