Tudor Perini Building and MGM Resorts International will set forth arguments today before the Nevada Supreme Court. At issue is the $275 million unfinished Harmon tower in Las Vegas that was supposed to be a central component of MGM Resorts' $8.5 billion CityCenter project. MGM Resorts wants to implode the building due to "a cornucopia of construction defects," but doing so would eliminate proof of completed work and put the blame on the project's general contractor, according to Tudor Perini Building.
