Kabang, the dog who lost her snout while saving two humans from an oncoming motorcycle, was welcomed back in the Philippines with a motorcade celebration after more than half a year in the U.S. for treatment at the University of California, Davis. Skin grafts were used to close the gaping wound on her face that resulted from the accident. "She symbolizes unconditional love," said veterinarian Anton Lim, who is caring for Kabang in the Philippines. "She saved two lives so the whole world actually came together to save hers, so it is really a very nice symbol for everyone."
