Hershey will launch new milk-candy brand Lancaster in China's $1.2 billion confectionery market, marking its first non-U.S. launch in 120 years. The sweet is based on a traditional Chinese candy and has been in development for about two years in conjunction with Chinese suppliers, says executive Steven Schiller, senior vice president of global sweets for Hershey, in the video interview.
