NBC's "The Voice," in its push to topple Fox's "American Idol" as TV's top reality singing competition, seems to be winning by playing nice. "The Voice" this season is poised to win the key 18-to-49 demographic over "Idol" and is close to beating it among all viewers. Meanwhile, Fox's "The X Factor," led by former "Idol" judge Simon Cowell, lags the other two. "I think the moral here is this: You cannot stand still. You're either going backward or forward," said Mark Burnett, producer of "The Voice" and CBS' "Survivor."
