The International Atomic Energy Agency has deployed a team of experts at NextEra Energy's Seabrook nuclear plant in New Hampshire to conduct a follow-up review on safety issues discovered in a 2011 review. That assessment determined that plant staff needed improvement in "perceived abnormalities" reporting. "The focus of this review will be on the responses to the recommendations developed following an earlier, more comprehensive review of operational safety practices at the Seabrook, N.H., facility," the Nuclear Regulatory Commission said.
