A new analysis in the journal Health Affairs found that 30 million Americans will be uninsured under the Affordable Care Act, many of them between the ages of 18 and 44. The study suggests that the poor will make up most of the uninsured despite access to subsidized health insurance. "Even with subsidies, you could see some people who either can't find affordable coverage or decide to pay the mandate," researcher Steffie Woolhandler said.
