Faculty members at Marshall University in Huntington, W.Va., are seeking a court order to force the school to turn over its financial records. The faculty initially sought the records after administrators in April moved money from some department accounts to an account controlled by the central office, but the university claimed providing the documents would cost nearly $55,000. "We just want to see where the money is going," faculty member Dallas Brozik said.
