Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder is frugal with his use of the state's Beechcraft King Air. In his first 27 months in office, he has taken the plane about 15 times, compared to his predecessor, Jennifer Granholm, who used the plane 55 times during the final 33 months of her governorship. Snyder flies commercial when it's less expensive and when trips can be arranged in advance.
