After seeing the poverty and challenges of people in Central America, Jennifer Day, a Spanish teacher at Technical High School in St. Cloud, Minn., encouraged her students to get involved. The result is the Social Justice Movement, a student club that has tackled hunger and clean water issues. "I think there is nothing more powerful for those students than realizing that they can really make a difference in the lives of others," Day said. "It's just been a very exciting work for me."
