Netflix has unveiled a "Families" section of its site that offers content picks and other tools for parents and their children. Meanwhile, streaming rival Amazon, which has added Viacom shows like "Dora the Explorer" that previously were offered by Netflix, is touting its Kindle FreeTime Unlimited program.
