Noble Energy, Delek Drilling and Avner Oil Exploration are in discussions with Cyprus on construction of a liquefied natural gas terminal that will process the country's offshore gas reserves. About $6 billion is expected to be spent on the project. "Completion of this project is an important step towards the realization of our energy strategy, with the ultimate objective the establishment of Cyprus as a regional energy hub," said Yiorgos Lakkotrypis, Cyprus' energy minister.
