OttoCat uses language analysis, computational linguistics and information retrieval to organize Apple's App Store for better discovery. With only 23 categories covering a million applications, a search typically only finds a small fraction of the titles available, Adam Popescu writes. "A lot of people haven't really known what's been in the App Store until now.
