The Obama administration should just allow hydraulic fracturing to proceed as the drilling technique has helped spur a domestic boom in natural gas production, said Rep. Fred Upton, R-Mich. This comes as authorities are considering new fracking regulations, which would require drillers to disclose the chemicals used in the technique. "We haven't seen a single instance where groundwater has been contaminated by fracking -- not one," Upton said.
