The health care sector in India has tripled in the past 10 years, but it still faces substantial problems revolving around infrastructure, regulation, clinical trials and intellectual property, according to a report commissioned by the USA-India Chamber of Commerce. "The findings should help senior management of biopharma companies fine tune their R&D strategy and help leverage India's pockets of R&D strengths," said the group's president, Karun Rishi.
