SIFMA is bringing together more than 50 entities and using Department of Homeland Security-designed systems to practice cyberattack readiness in a drill called Quantum Dawn 2. "What makes cyber so unique is that you have a living, breathing adversary on the other side," said Karl Schimmeck, SIFMA's vice president of financial services operations.
