National Security Agency whistle-blower Edward Snowden fled Hong Kong for Moscow over the weekend in a bid to evade U.S. authorities seeking his prosecution on espionage charges. Snowden is expected to seek asylum in Latin America, but he failed to catch an anticipated flight to Havana. Secretary of State John Kerry said it would be "deeply troubling" if Moscow failed to return Snowden to the U.S., and he accused the former CIA worker of "having betrayed his country."
