Investors' optimism about the future is at its highest point in two-and-a-half years, a new poll shows, even though most say they have not personally benefited from a rising stock market. The Wells Fargo/Gallup Investor and Retirement Optimism Index hit 43 points this month, up 12 points from March as retirees and pre-retirees were more hopeful that they can keep their income steady for the next year.
