Targeted TV ad firm Visible World, in conjunction with interactive cable technology company FourthWall Media, is offering an addressable ad tool for set-top devices.
Under the partnership, Visible World will be able to target on a "one-to-one" basis any set-top box offered by pay-TV providers with distribution pacts with FourthWall; those operators include Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Charter Communications and Bright House Networks.
