Brands can get more bang for their social media buck if they're smart about their use of hashtags, writes Ana Raynes. That means watching out for customers who use incorrect hashtags to discuss your brand or mention your brand in an off-handed way -- and then gently educating them by modeling correct syntax in your response. "The response should emphasize the correct method for interacting with the brand," Raynes writes.
