Workers don't have to stay in a bad job, even in a down economy, says freelance writer Juliana Weiss-Roessler. In this blog post, Weiss-Roessler advises job seekers to discreetly look for work while on the job and schedule as many interviews in a day as possible if they must be done during the week. If all else fails, freelancing or starting a new business is always an option.
