Affluent consumers will be in the market for new clothing more than usual over the next few months, according to a Unity Marketing study. But they'll be looking for bargains and ready to switch brands if they can find comparable quality at lower prices. "Today, affluent consumers are even more attuned to the price and value equation, which means fashion marketers have to pay attention to both factors as well," said Pam Danziger, president of Unity Marketing.
