The American Hotel & Lodging Association praised the passage of the immigration reform bill in the Senate last week. "The lodging industry has long pressed for reforms that enhance national security, provide employers an efficient system to verify workers, allow greater access to temporary workers when no Americans are available, and create a process to address those undocumented workers already in the country. The bill passed today does just that," Katherine Lugar, president and CEO of AH&LA, said last week.
