The U.S. gin market occupies a small minority in the overall landscape, but American-made gin seems to be making a comeback, writes Doug Frost, a writer, consultant, Master Sommelier and Master of Wine. Although there are 10 times as many gin brands available today than a decade ago, the market has not expanded, but perhaps championing new, American brands of gin can resurrect the once-prosperous market, Frost writes.
