Increasing chocolate demand in Asia likely will prompt a 25% increase in cocoa grindings in Indonesia next year, said Piter Jasman, chairman of the Indonesia Cocoa Industry Association. "When it comes to capacity for grinding, the long-term strategy is moving towards Asia," said Francisco Redruello, Euromonitor senior food analyst. "It's where the strongest growth for chocolate is coming from."
