Country Inns & Suites is preparing to roll out the results of its latest brand overhaul, which features aesthetics and room amenities aimed at the lucrative millennial travel market. The design refresh includes linear furniture and more neutral color tones. Rooms have an array of ports for guests' devices. "We want it soft and contemporary with residential color tones. We want something that appeals to the new generation of traveler, age 24 to 39, with a design that won't offend the boomer traveler," said Scott Meyer, a senior vice president at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.
