Design packages for the West Palm Beach-to-Miami segment of the planned Miami-to-Orlando "All Aboard Florida" passenger rail project are expected to be released in the next two months, according to Husein Cumber of Florida East Coast Industries. All Aboard Florida, which is expected to cost more than $1.5 billion, is scheduled to launch in 2015. "We anticipate beginning construction on the rail infrastructure between Miami and West Palm Beach by the end of this year," Cumber said.
