The top 10 pastry chefs in the country were honored in New York City by Dessert Professional magazine where more than 300 attendees of the award ceremony were able to sample desserts from each winner.
"Over the past 20 years pastry chefs in America have taken desserts to new heights and to a position of international respect. Our 2013 Top Ten Pastry Chefs exemplify the talent and dedication that will continue to strengthen our industry," said editor Matthew Stevens.
