Problems in linking mobile devices with the infotainment systems of new vehicles emerged as the most common complaint in a new survey by J.D. Power & Associates, Jerry Hirsch writes. “People today bond more with their smartphones than their car,” says Tom Mutchler of the Consumer Reports Auto Test Center. He adds, “Car companies are going to have to live up to the expectations that come with that.”
