A proposed ordinance in Deer Trail, Colo., would sell $25 licenses to hunt unmanned aerial vehicles and offer a $100 reward to anyone who shot down a UAV owned by the federal government. The Federal Aviation Administration denounced the ordinance in a statement on Monday saying, "Shooting at an unmanned aircraft could result in criminal or civil liability, just as would firing at a manned airplane."
